- What benefits does a "Club Membership" have over "Theme Package"?
- Club Membership gives you access to all our Magento & themes, plus the one's released over the course of your membership subscription. You are able to download all theme until your subscription end. Future theme updates are only available as long as you stay subscribed to the club. Club membership includes Magento themes only.
- What is the difference between "Single License " " Multiple License " and "Unique License" packages?
- Single License- you only able to use this theme once for yourself or client, Multi License allow to use same theme for unlimited client and unique License is unique sell when you pay the theme automatically remove for our website
- Will I be charged every year if I buy an individual theme?
- No. If you buy a individual theme then you will only be paying for it once. You will never be re-billed. Recurring billing only applies if you sign up to become a club member, which gives you access to all our themes.
- Does my Single theme license (individual theme purchase) ever expire?
- No. Your Single theme license will never expire.
- What happens if I cancel my subscription?
- If you are subscribed to our club and you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not be able to download the themes anymore and not receive any theme updates. If you want to re-subscribe to our club after you cancel, you will have to pay the one time signup fee again. This only applies if you purchase a Club Subscription and not a Theme Package which includes lifetime updates and no recurring billings.
- Which payment types do you accept?
- We accept credit/debit cards or paypal direct payments. All payments are processed via Paypal. – The easiest, safest payment solution.
- I still haven't received any e-mail and can't log in. How long will it take?
- All payments should are usually approved immediately. When payment is made by Paypal the status automatically shows pending because the payment is being deposited. It can take up to 48 hours for Paypal payment statuses to change to deposit. Our system isn't updated automatically until the payment status is set to deposited. If you don't see your themes at first login, it might mean that your payment is "pending". You can then contact us with your username and we will manually enable the themes for you.
